The first time I picked up a camera it just felt so right. I first started taking pictures in high school and had a natural eye for it. I enjoyed it but I just didn’t have a strong passion for it and I was more focused on my music at the time. But I always had a feeling that I would one day return to it.
Fast forward - I’m working three different (non creative) part time jobs, non of which are “careers” I want to actually purse. I am a very indecisive person and have many interests, but the two things that I have had the strongest desire to pursue were interior design and photography. My husband is a videographer (and photographer) and every wedding video I saw him make was so beautiful and they perfectly captured the love between each couple. They always move me. Even if I didn’t know the couple, his videos would move me to tears even. It sparked an interest in me to pick the camera up again and to capture pure, unfiltered love. I love love! True love is an unwavering, unbreakable and unparalleled fondness and devotion for your partner / family. Every ones story is different and unique and that is what makes love so beautiful to capture! Even though it had been a while since I last held a camera, I decided I’d go for it! It took some re-learning and my husband was so gracious in helping me. He is now he my second shooter, which is so fun! I not only get to capture love, but I also get to work with the one I love the most.

For the first two years I shot only weddings, engagements, couples and families, but now, along side that, I have been doing a lot of studio shoots and content creating for small businesses. I have always had a passion for styling, design and fashion, so styling and directing along side shooting has been absolutely exhilarating.
